Cancellation Policy

Appointments are considered missed appointments if not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time scheduled. Fees are assessed based on your sliding-scale rate for missed appointments. Those who are on a zero (0) rate plan are asked to pay a $15.00 missed appointment fee. Remember, booking a session makes that time slot unavailable to others.
