Things you should know before
you sign up.
Mentoring with HOPE365plus is a relationship built on encouragement, respect, and personal growth. It’s not counseling, parenting, or sponsorship—and it never limits your freedom of choice. Instead, it's a supportive friendship with someone who brings biblical insight and life experience to walk beside you, not ahead of you.
Mentoring coaches are trusted allies—they’re independent of HOPE365plus, Partners in Hope & Healing, and any programs you may be part of. While they understand the structure of your program, their role is to support you, not supervise you. They're not here to enforce rules but to help you thrive within your commitments.
Your mentoring relationship is rooted in trust, not obligation. Even if mentoring is a required part of your program, it is not counseling and therefore, your conversations are not covered by HIPAA—but your privacy and dignity will nevertheless be honored.
Mentors are here to empower, not control. They're ready to walk with you through life’s ups and downs—encouraging your spiritual growth, career journey, family goals, and personal development. What they won’t do is take over your decisions or limit your independence—because our goal is to help you grow into all that God has created you to be.
