Raise your hand if your church is ready to be a Hope-Partner with your community?
HOPE365Plus for Churches
Partnering to Boost Hope in Our Community Dear Pastor, We recognize that community outreach is likely a key element of your ministry's annual planning. Yet, we also understand how challenging it can be to continually develop new strategies and identify effective tools to respond to the ever-changing needs of our communities. Traditionally, churches have faithfully addressed issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, hunger, and abortion—and overall, the Church has made a meaningful impact in these areas. However, we also know that some congregations face significant obstacles—limited finances, lack of specialized expertise, or safety concerns—that make it difficult to directly tackle these complex issues. As a result, many churches rely on specialized ministries and nonprofit organizations to provide frontline support. These groups often receive financial support from churches and are staffed by members of your own congregation. Through their efforts, many individuals do find hope. They become Christians, overcome addiction, rise out of homelessness, and begin to rebuild their lives. Yet, once they complete these programs, they often return to the community with minimal support and limited resources. Without ongoing encouragement and connection, the hope they’ve found can quickly fade—and statistically, many risk falling back into old patterns. This is where HOPE365plus comes in. We offer churches a unique opportunity—not to start new programs, but to extend the life-changing work that’s already happening in our community. Our mission is to empower specific members of your congregation to walk alongside these individuals and help sustain the hope they’ve already found. Your church is filled with people who understand the true source of hope—and we want to help you activate that resource for lasting impact. HOPE365plus equips church provided mentors with the training, tools, and guidance needed to support individuals transitioning [back] into the community. We provide everything required so your members can step in as mentors, encouragers, and friends—without the burden of launching new ministry initiatives. We’re simply asking you to help bridge the gap. By coming alongside those who are ready for a fresh start, your church can play a vital role in strengthening individuals, families, the wider community, and the Kingdom of God. We would love the opportunity to speak with you further about how HOPE365plus can partner with your ministry. Together, we can keep hope alive—365 days a year. Rejoice Always! Why is the program called HOPE365Plus?

Hope
We believe that true hope is rooted in three essential relationships.
First and foremost is our relationship with God, who is the source of all hope (Rom 15:13). Through faith in Jesus Christ, we are reconciled to God and given access to His grace, truth, and eternal promises.
Second, we are guided and empowered by the Holy Spirit, who dwells within believers (John 14:26; Rom 8:11). The Holy Spirit brings wisdom, power, peace, and joy, enabling us to live according to God’s will and to bear spiritual fruit (Gal 5:22–23).
Third, God often uses fellow believers as mentors, spiritual leaders, and friends in Christ, to encourage and disciple us (Prov 27:17; Heb 10:24–25).
These relationships help us grow in faith, depend more fully on God, and walk faithfully in His purpose for our lives in love and service (Eph 4:11–13).

365
Designed as a one-year Christian mentoring and discipleship journey.
During this time, participants focus on growing spiritually, relationally, professionally, and personally, with the goal of building a strong foundation for a life of purpose and faithfulness to God (Col. 1:10; 1 Tim. 4:15).
Christian mentors walk alongside their mentees as a coaches, spiritual encouragers, and fellow servants in Christ (Phil. 2:1-4; 1 Thess. 2:8). Their role is to help you grow in your identity as a man or woman of God equipped to live with integrity, freedom, and fruitfulness in every area of life (John 8:36; Gal. 5:1, 22–25), and to fulfill your calling as a faithful witness for Christ in your community and beyond (Matt. 28:19–20; Eph. 2:10).

Plus
Mentees have the opportunity to continue on with their mentor beyond the first year.
Our mentors are committed to long-term, Christ-centered relationships (2 Tim. 2:2; Phil. 1:3–5). If both parties feel led to continue the journey beyond the initial year, they are encouraged to do so.
Mentees may also be invited to take part in our mentor training process, equipping them to disciple and encourage others as they were once encouraged (2 Cor. 1:3–4; Matt. 28:19–20). As they grow in their freedom in Christ (Gal. 5:1), they will have the chance to invest in the lives of those who come after them on the same path of faith.
HOPE365plus also offers additional resources and support during the program period, to help mentees continue growing in every area of life under the lordship of Christ (Eph. 4:12–13).
Current Jacksonville HOPE365Plus Projects
Below are projects that have been established with a partnering organizations who are directly affiliated with the people needing

Jacksonville Men's and Women's Center Reentry Programs.
HOPE365plus will be providing mentors to the men and women of Teen Challenges Reentry program to help them get a great start on their new lives. These students generally have jobs when they begin the reentry program, but in some cases, participants may need help with finding a job. There are special rules and guidelines associated with this program.

Jacksonville Men's and Women's Center graduates.
HOPE365plus will be offering graduates of this 1-year program the option to have a mentor. Upon graduation, these men and women are independent of Teen Challenge. They may need help finding a job, getting started in school, finding a church, learning about Jacksonville, and remain focused on the Love and hope found in the Lord.

Pending HOPE365Plus Projects
Below are projects that have been imagined, but not yet built with a partner organization. We will let you know when these projects are built and the tools are ready for use.

Mentors for foster care age-outs.
HOPE365plus will be providing mentors to young adults who have recently become too old to remain in the foster care system. Prior foster care clients have great benefits that many never use. These folks may be headed to college, need to find a job, or a place to live that fits withing their program benefits package. Many will be Christians but not all.
FOSTER CARE

Most all Christian Women's Centers provide sonograms of the babies women are carrying. It is often true that the first proof some women have that they are pregnant is using such services. The staff of these organizations will try to help the lady choose to give birth to the child. Often times the daddy visits the center with her. This is where we hope to come in and help the father learn how to be a good daddy.
Women's Center Men
Mentors for men who will soon
be fathers.

All though there are not enough, there are many programs and resources for single moms. However, there are not many programs for single dads. Er intend to have an effect on the growing social condition of dads raising children without guidance and resources by providing Christian mentors to all who will accept them.
Single Dads & Moms
Christian mentors for both single dads & single moms.
